The past 2 times I went to this location I’ve gotten EXTRA burnt bagels. Hot chocolates only half full. Both times I went they were NOT busy so I don’t understand why I got burnt bagels and half a cup of hot chocolate. And they were regular without whipped cream. This location is the closest to me but won’t go to this location anymore
