Awesome staff and recieved my food within 3 minutes of me sitting down.
Had the BBQ Bacon Cheddar (regular) and the awesome brussel sprouts.
Amazing food and would recommend to anyone.
Order total with large drink was 14 bucks (tax included)

Excellent food, served quickly. Any excellent burger choices or biuld your own. Fast service even during crowded hours. Milkshakes!!

Food came out fast after we ordered and was delicious. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The place was clean and inviting.

I really love the food here. Plus the staff is really friendly. I ordered the turkey burger and my son had the buffalo and blue burger. Both were great. The milkshakes are to die for! The only thing is the $$, its a tad expensive. However, it's much better than typical "fast food", so that kind of makes up for the cost :). I def recommend trying it!

Great medium between fast food and a sit down restaurant. The burgers are great, the fries are nice and crispy, and the milkshakes are thick and flavorful! Very clean and organized as well. The only problem I have had was sometimes the staff are a bit inattentive, besides that, no complaints.

Been here several times, and managed to get my foodie sister-in-law hooked on the place. Burgers have always been good, no complaints there. I like the variety you can have with all of the options on the menu. The fact that they can also serve alcoholic drinks is nice too.

Good fries and roasted Brussels sprouts. Hamburger was so-so. Portions are small. The server was friendly and the overall experience was pleasant. I visited on a weekday at lunchtime and the store was almost deserted. That doesn't bode too well.

I was going to write a long review about my experience tonight, but all I will say is that this location consistently provides poor customer service. Specifically one of the employees who is always dressed unprofessionally (slippers, tie-dye sweatshirts, no uniform, etc.). The employees here need a serious re-training on customer service and professionalism. We keep trying to give it a chance, but its getting to the point where the food isn't even worth it.
