Rotolo's

Wow! I was not expecting a place like this. Everything else at this I-10 exit was standard fast food which is typically fine on a road trip, but I prefer to try places I haven't been before. Glad I did on this stop. I ordered lasagne, the meatballs, cheese bread, and a salad. All were exceptionally good and I would definitely order again. But what really set this place apart was the staff. I really couldn't have asked for better service. On New Years Day when everyone everywhere probably regretted being at work, the staff at Rotolo's were incredibly accommodating, quick, and more professional than i ever expected. They set the bar for a 5-star review. I will go out of my way to stop here again.

Tonight’s experience was horrible waited over an hour for our pizza to be made people after us got their food before us .. I had to ask our waitress for a refill as she never really came back to check on us .. when I asked for a refill I was told they had no sugar to make sweet tea really carters and Walmart are right around the corner .. had to ask for boxes twice before receiving them .. the service was very poor tonight .. I’ve had better service here before but tonight was a not so great experience :: that makes me not want to return
