If I could give less stars I would. With the new owners, the service is non existent. I am often greeted with an attitude and tone that is very rude. Their selection is underwhelming and the manager, after asking us to wait at the window for 10 minutes while they fixed their till, told us to "hurry up". Then proceeded to tell me he meant it for his employee and not us. Because that makes it so much better. I would drive the extra mile down the road to go to the bakery or Bluebird.

I don’t even want to give this 1 star but it’s the only way to write up a review. I have never seen such horrible professionalism at any restaurant or fast food chain. I wish I could post a video of how disrespectful the staff is at this location. The girl who served me was kissing her teeth at me for simply asking a question. She had no patience, I couldn’t even finish placing my order before she was cutting me off mid sentence not once but 4 times. Not to mention her long hair was NOT in a net or tied up. She also had the longest fake nails which to my knowledge is a huge health and safety violation considering no gloves were being worn and they can fall off into the food. The blatant disrespect I received for politely asking them to remake my iced coffee because it was 90% cream and 10% coffee was unreal ! If anyone behaved the way these 2 women did today at a regular 9-5 and not a fast food chain, they would NOT have a job. Where’s the manager to train these employees !? I’m appalled. They definitely lost a customer today.

Easily the worst Tim Hortons in Canada but they’ve been one of the only stops available in Wakefield so they have the locals and skiers in the palm of their hand. They are always running out of food - I stopped at 7:30AM last week and they told me they were out of bacon…. Not sure how that happens when they literally are a breakfast joint. They never have what you’re looking for and when they do it’s served to you cold. But the worst part is the staff. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. It’s like you, the paying customer, is their biggest inconvenience. Save yourself the disappointment and either go to Bluebarn Coffee shop (300m down the road in Wakefield) or go to the new Macdonald’s (2km up the road in Chelsea).

Poor drive through service , very rude over the intercom, always rushing you to make your order , and one time I walked in hoping service would be better in person and it was worst , as I walked to the counter and was asked what I was ordering , I started to order and she walked away and waited 5 mins or more to order two coffees and waiting ten mins for them and also they were wrong and decided to get my money back and now go to McDonald's for coffee and other food services as they are more friendly and better service and aren't rude if your only English.

Buddy was baffled when I dared to ask if they had the beyond meat wrap. It was the impossible I found but I told him the veggie wrap and he looked at me like an alien and then told me they didn't have it. I didn't buy it, I'll come again see if I get the same treatment and change my review. Sorry about that, I think it was bs. It was on the Sunday I believe.
