This is easily my favorite spot to check out a local band. It's right on the water, and the energy in this building is incredible. The sound is so good, and when the crowd is dancing together you can actually feel the building moving to the music. It's a total vibe. I will continue to come by your live music as often as possible. 10 out of 10.

It's a beach dive bar and it's glorious. It's exactly that. No more and no less. If you're disappointed with your visit there you didn't know where you were going and didn't read reviews. That's on you then, isn't it? Stuffies are not the same every time, but always good. If you smile at your waiter or bartender every now and then they're wonderful people. All the reviews about mediocre service I do not identify with and I've been to this place more times than I am comfortable admitting over the last 2 years. If you've ever worked in the service industry - WATCH these guys. Their silent dance is something to behold.
If you don't like crowds of teens and young adults avoid Saturday morning.( Or get there before 11 to snatch a seat at the bar and enjoy the glorious people watching) Besides that this place is solid in my humble opinion. And that's BEFORE we get to the stupendously gorgeous views, salty air and roar of the ocean.
Thank you for existing, Ocean Mist. Don't change.

My husband and I were visiting our granddaughter in Providence October 20-22 2023. We decided to check out some of the sites in Providence. We also decided to have lunch at Ocean Mist. Husband ordered fish and chips. Very good. I ordered fish and chips sandwich. Very good. Granddaughter had fish tacos. Also very good. Service was great. And our server Kali was the best! We definitely will be back!

The atmosphere is what you would expect in this quaint seacoast community, and what's better than that. I was elated to spend time there with my adult children on my birthday. An amazing day! Looking forward to returning soon.

Good place to grab a beer on the ocean. This is known to be a college bar so expect younger adults.

One of the best waterfront dive bars in the area. Great food and drinks, right on the ocean, and often times bands at night. Such a fun relaxed vibe. If younare there before 2pm....coffee with love is a great start!

The Ocean Mist has always been a favorite for live music. I love the renovations they have done by knocking down the wall and getting rid of the deck bar to make the inside much bigger. Doesn't feel as cramped. And I love the new patio to the left of the door before you walk inside. The deck overlooking the ocean on the back is pretty small so they need more outdoor area.
