Mcdonald's

The order taker did not catch we ordered a med fry; when we checked our food it wasn't there. We asked to buy one and they wanted us to go all the way back through the line. I asked for the manager for assistance. She was rude right upfront without wanting to try to help my needs. She told me I had to go back through. I ordered it, you guys missed it. I asked since you missed it and can't seem to walk 5 feet to a register to take my payment can you just give me one? This same thing happened at Chick fil A last week and they comped us the fries AND gave us a gift card and were so NICE about it. After the manager at your store said no, I said fine I'm going to contact the owners on this. She refused to give me her name and she said you're just going to have to take my description. The only description I will give is she had a mask on and medium hoop earrings. There's a reason people go to other restaurants. It's the service. I have never been so upset at a drive thru. I refuse to start all over for someone missing my order. I'm at the window, there are enough registers in the building they can walk over and put the order in and then come back to the window to make it right,

Went to pickup a happy meal with 2 cookies and 2 apple pies. Was given happy meal and asked to pull forward. Waited for over 5 minutes, went inside and was told they would take 12 minutes??? Why wasn’t I told that at the window?? Ended up leaving as food was getting cold. Complete disregard for customer’s time and money. Avoid this location.

McD's is McD's is McD's. However, Im removing two stars for the recent remodel. It's so contemporary it makes me want to crawl in the bathtub with a toaster oven. Fun McDonald's? Nope. Colorful McDonald's? Nope. Black and charcoal grey with small yellow accents McDonald's? Check. You KNOW something bad has happened when the drive thru is a more exciting experience than dining in. This is brutalist architecture at its finest.

Sloooooooooooowwwwwwwww Food should be hot and fresh, but, nope. You wait and wait. Then order, then, wait some more!! It’s absolutely ridiculous. Even during pandemic, Zero excuse. At least 6 people standing around doing nothing, then the ones that do walk outside to deliver the food to the ones waiting walk like they have nothing to do. Pathetic.

Use the order kiosk and got a regular double burger fries and a drink. Got a table flag and took it to my table and no one ever brought me my meal. They called out a number but didn't make it very clear. This is not a good system. McDonald's is definitely not what it used to be and it probably never will be again

Closed an hour early for no discernible reason, I'm a delivery driver and I got an order to pick up some food at this McDonald's, drove almost 10 miles to get there, all the lights are off, there's two people in the lobby eating, relaxing. One of the workers sees me and talks to her supervisor, her supervisor tries very hard to ignore me but I somehow get her attention, she gets up walks to the door-does not open it, and tells me "They are closed" and "They cancelled all the online orders". Well apparently not because I was sent out here and it didn't update for me, nor the other three people that was trying to fulfill orders as well.
