Panera Bread

Our experience at this location was mediocre... Starting with the good: the food was very delicious! I had the Chipotle Chicken, Scrabbled Egg, and Avocado sandwich. It was very well prepared and had great flavor. I'd definitely consider getting it again. The not-so-good: service wasn't great. It wasn't horrible, but the person helping us didn't seem to want to be there. The coffee is terrible! I got the light blend and it was so strong. Also, the choice of creamers is lacking, unless you want something light (2% milk, skim milk, half and half, almond milk). Where's something with cream? Whole milk maybe... Considering the cost, service, and quality, I'll be hard pressed to go back...

Ive never really had a problem at this store but i just got the napa almond chicken salad sandwich (ive gotten it plenty of times before) and there was barely any chicken salad on it. i bit into straight lettuce and tomato. tried to see if i could actually get some chicken salad and they wouldnt cause they “proportion them correctly” i think they measure in teaspoons.

My husband and I both travel for our work a lot. All over the East coast. We try to choose restaurants with healthy options as much as possible. We are at home in Wake Forest, NC tonight and decided to go with a healthy order out option here at home. This Panera bread is absolutely, completely disappointing! Out of the many options we have, we chose Panera for a simple salad (Asian Sesame Chicken and Green Goddess). We have had these same salads in SC, NC, VA, DC, TN, MD, PA and the list goes on. At more locations to mention here. Less than an ounce of chicken on each salad (measured on a food scale at our house). Lettuce was not lettuce that we would have spent money on in a grocery store. Incredibly disappointing experience considering the whole reason we spent $25 was to avoid cooking for one night. The only resolution was a refund. The right thing to do by the customer would have been to send new and correctly made salads to our house.

Super hot day and their AC wasn't working. So choices with kids...eat our sandwiches sweltering on sidewalk or sweating inside. I realized they were probably short staffed, but we had to clean our own tables. Sandwiches and salads were OK but have been better at other locations. We must have gotten them on a bad day.

Not speaking as a customer, but as a DoorDasher. The employees here are always incredibly nice to me and do everything they can to make my job just a little bit easier. I have never waited more than like 5 minutes for an order (if I have to wait at all) and it is always well packed and sealed. Thank you guys, keep up the great work!
