Spacious corner unit. Bright thanks to windows on two sides. Unisex restroom is open. Looks like they took out the tables in the middle of the floor as well as the comfy sofa armchairs. Free wifi. A little difficult to find.

Tourist from Canada desperately wanted Hawaii mug. They had the last one! Baristas are very friendly! Mahalo!

I came to this Starbucks every morning while I was visiting my cousin, there was always parking available & I always got my drink quickly! Coming in the store I always felt welcomed, seeing the partners interact with each other made me miss my coworkers. There were a few partners who can work on their customer connect but for the most part staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. Thanks for being my Starbucks away from home!

I always enjoy this Starbucks location. Precovid there was seating outside overlooking Kunia road. Coffee shop is incredibly clean. Staff is very efficient, helpful and make the visit a very enjoyable visit. No drive through however parking has never been an issue. Jamba Juice, Jack in the Box and Bank of Hawaii are all just a few minute walk away. My go to coffee spot when I am in Kunia!

Staff is very kind and fast! Drinks haven't been made wrong yet at this location, though I'm sure they'd be quick to fix it if they did!

Good, what one expects from a well trained, customer service centered staff. Made me feel like my patronage matters. They seemed to be short staffed today but by the employees working to help one another they managed to catch up during the rush I witnessed.
