This ‘used to be’ a good place to eat - used to be. But since about the start of 2021 and especially the latter half of 2021, the place has totally dropped its attempt at customer satisfaction. They lock the doors 5-10 minutes before closing. The drive thru was closed quicker than it was opened. The servers are not polite. Orders are sometimes forgotten. They start emptying and cleaning out the iced tea and lemonade dispensers 30 minutes before closing while there are still people eating inside and drinking those drinks.
They play the music too loud. And they cut you off the WiFi twice a day like clockwork.
Spoke to management about the slippage but the managers don’t care.
Way different attitudes then even as recently as 2020

Why we don't drive to Panera often anymore:
Two napa almond chicken sandwiches and this is what it looks like. Pics are all I need to show how aweful this place is. Barely any chicken salad. Glad I spent $30 here. (I am not)

Last night was ridiculous. Husband arrived home with our order and a whole meal was missing. Husband drove back to pick up the meal and was met with “Sorry about that.” By the time he got home, his food was cold. This is the third time this year that this has happened to us. I guess we will have to check every order if we go there again. Better quality control is needed as well as understanding the frustration of customers.

Haven’t been to this location in many years. Stopped in to meet with an old friend and I feel like everyone who I met with expected me to have perfect understanding of the workings of a Panera. I got a bagel but never actually GOT the bagel until after the food went out because I didn’t know that you get the bagels right at the register. Never got my cream cheese spread either. Didn’t ask for it because the cashier didn’t seem interested in helping me or the other person who looked like they could use help. I just threw the then cold bagel in the trash. Wasn’t interested in trying to eat it.

The staff really seems like they would rather be somewhere else. Almost like it was a bother to take our order. And when asked if we could get the chocolate croissant cut in 2 because it was for my 2 girls to split, her sigh (I believe her name was Olivia) was audible. Food was good and prepared quickly though.

This place tends to be disorganized. Be prepared to wait on your order. My last experience went from "we don't have record of your order" to "sorry we are 10 minutes late".
Ordering a drink with your pickup order? Fill it up yourself.
Edited to add: today's order was wrong as well... Ugh.

Wow simply blown away place is filthy I would not use the restroom. One booth is literally nasty spilled drink on the walls trash on the floors. The workers won’t shut up talking long enough to work and make food. Waited 4 min to order waited 9 min for 1 sandwich. All the while learned way too much about the staff and their social life. Unbelievable this generation thinks this is work.

I went to pickup some food and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food to get done. I finally went up and asked about my order for the 3rd time and come to find out it had been sitting on a counter for 10 minutes and they just didn't tell me. They weren't even busy when I was there and a few of the "workers" were just standing around not doing anything. Absolutely unacceptable.
