You can’t go wrong with this place. There’s a lot of option for breakfast that you’ll be stuffed. I had French toast with Turkey sausage and I did not feel hungry until almost dinner time. I love how courteous the staffs are. Once you come in it’s “Welcome to Bob Evans!” They’re very friendly, the waitresses and waiters are super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend—-it’s worth your money. Don’t let the food go to waste and don’t let it get to your waist as well. 😂

I realize there's a shortage of help staff. As I understand it, a different Bob Evans the wait staff there has to wash your own dishes and plate the food. Looks like she has 6 Plus tables all show up at once. That said, I did not like our waitress, she rolled her eyes and kept giving us looks. Me and my family have dietary restrictions and I feel guilty for asking her for substitutions.
I'm not saying she didn't try. I'm not saying we went without. I'm just saying that I felt like garbage to be waited on by her.
If this shift of responsibility is put on wait staff and widespread... maybe, Bob Evans, you should give them a bonus or something to make their lives easier less stressful, they may feel stuck.

Waitress was great, however, food quality...not so great. Not sure who would eat those hard, withered carrots, and fruit bowl was the end slices of cantaloupe and rotten grapes 🤔. Definitely would not be calling home about this meal.....

Despite being very busy, our server Jessica was amazing! Food was good, left full and happy.

Waitress moved our party of 8 to more comfortable seating,
arranging multiple tables together for our convenience and enjoyment. So patient with our ordering. Very capable young women bringing our good food out. Only negative the fish and grilled chicken alittle dry, but cooking 8 dinners to be served at the SAME time is nothing short of awesome!

Called them to do a pick up catering order for 20 people. A medical oncologist office that starts seeing patients at 8:00 Am. I asked the manager if I could place an order and pick it up at 7:30 (so the staff could eat before seeing patients). The manager without hesitation replied no. I can’t do anything for you until 7:45. I declined since I wanted to accommodate the amazing physicians, nurses and staff that take care of all of us. I immediately call the Bob Evan in Medina. WOW WOW WOW. the experience was 100% different. They were caring, understanding and accommodating. I picked up the breakfast at 7:15 AM. It was amazing. The manager and staff were so nice pleasant and accommodating. Absolutely amazing experience.

Met some friends for a Sunday lunch. However, most of us got breakfast meals. Place was busy. But had WONDERFUL FRIENDLY service. Food was good, warm, fresh! Fruit was fresh & crisp. We had one of the best servers! Never rushed us. Made sure our drinks stayed refilled. Would definitely recommend.
