Taco Bell

According to Google….updated by the business a week ago….it says the drive thru is open till 1am. Just tried to go through at midnight and guy comes on and says they’re closed. This place is so random. You never know if they’re open or not and then when you order food it’s “Sorry, we are out of that right now.” I’m at the point where I ask them what do you have. I only gave three stars because when I do go and they have the food I want it’s been good. Do better!!

I've been to this TacoBell has been closed almost every time I've been there. Always have a lame excuse to why their closed. They will still gladly take your money on the online order app. The owner of this TacoBell would be better off closing this location down. At least Bellmead TacoBell is open. Waste of space, and property!

This place is going downhill fast!! Here has been my experience over the last few months. Just about every time I order food; you can just about bet that there is something missing or wrong (on top of that the food quality is going down too). This last time is the last straw, on top of not putting a extra taco that I ordered, the (so call assistant manager I guess). Explained it's not there fault even though I asked at the speaker and at the window is there 10 items in the order. Should have known, but get home and all items where not there. The I Assistant Manager also said I should check my order before driving off PLUS after going back and getting the taco that was left off. The Assistant Manager as I was walking out the door said "I don't like someone raising their voice at me". So I thinking you have some nerve telling me not to raise my voice. I was not going to post anything but after her very bad manager skills was shown, I'm posting my experience. This place will never get my business again, needs to have a better assistant not a snotty nosed kid over seeing service. I was done and walking out but it was like, she was trying to pick a fight by saying anything as I was going. This girl had a chip on her shoulder and can't except she did not do it right. Nothing was offered to off set my time of going back to get what they left off but that's ok...this time I would not use it anyway because they will not be seeing me again.
