I can only give this Bob Evans 2 stars. My party of 3 ate dinner their last night. It took awhile for us just to get seated. It literally took the staff 30 minutes to bring out our drinks after we ordered them. We had to track down a random waitress (who wasn't even assigned to our table) to retrieve our drinks. The food was okay. The bathrooms weren't very clean either.

Other than a parking lot and waiting area that aren't large enough for busiest periods, this is a great place, and those both tell you that it's a favorite place for many patrons. Once your hostess seats you with menus, you'll usually have a server stop by within a minute or two to ask for your drink order. She'll return with your drinks quickly and take your full order. Depending on how busy they are, you could have your meal within 10 minutes or 30. It just depends on how backed up the kitchen is, and the wait at the hostess stand will give you your idea. Our favorite server is Tracie, a blonde dynamo with a consistently sunny disposition, great memory for our drink order (she brings it without needing to ask us!), and fast feet. The hostesses know our preference and seat us in Tracie's section. We always order a to-go for our dog, and even the manager recognizes that and ensures it's accuracy and timing to be hot when we depart with it! The food is dependable, tasty, and tastes like home. And I didn't have to make it. The kitchen will not think twice about your need to adjust an item for your tastes, either, and I love that about this place. Yes, you can call us regulars. It's not fancy food or service, so don't expect that. It's just good food and good service. They make you feel like you are family.
