Applebee's

My family and I visit here a few times a year and we a never disappointed with our orders. Tonight was no different. We enjoyed queso and chips and boneless wings for apps and hamburgers and chicken for dinner. The waitress was attentive and got whatever we needed whenever we needed it. The only thing wish is that they had a better selection of desserts. Most of the desserts are too sweet for my taste and I usually end up ot ordering anything.

Got 8 Oz stake and a friend got a 6 Oz stake my stake came out so under cooked it was purple and my friends was over cooked really badly. We asked for mid rare. They took them back and cooked them more so her stake was even more over cooked and my stake was just a bit better. I thought it was alright so I ate it but ended up being sick as soon as I got home.

After waiting 30 mins to sit, we were placed in between a large group. Which is uncomfortable considering they were teens trying to talk to each other. The waitress was terrible. She barely spoke to us. Took half orders and we had to keep correcting what we wanted. I won't come back here and wouldn't recommend it.

We give this place a chance about twice a year. Every time we order a steak there, which we prefer medium rare, it comes well done. Today, we had our order DoorDashed. Ordered the steaks rare this time, hoping they would come at least medium rare like we like. They failed once again: they both came almost well-done. The loaded mashed potatoes that we pay extra for has been a tasteless mass with some sprinkled bacon and dried melted cheese on top that's been sitting there for awhile it seems like. Man, food here used to be so delicious! What a shame. Whoever has been a manager there for the last 2 years, shame on you. Shortcuts lead to the downfall. Train your staff better and actually taste your own food.
