The cashier watched me count a $1.50 in pennies and said nothing. She then refuses to take the money for a soda . Obviously I was counting the money to purchase something yet she said nothing. As soon as you've seen I was counting pennies she should have spoke up and said something.I had silver also also so I walked over to the soda machine and the owner came over and told me to leave the store if they were refusing service There are no napkins no No utensils available he literally is that Cheap.sign says new management like it's a good thing . The old owner did a great job I thought. This guy should not be in any line of business where he has to work with people clearly he doesn't know how to treat retreat them

Went in today, hesitant after my last visit. Looking cleaner, still no coffee anywhere, no cups stocked I get it, it gets busy. Then I go to ring and this loud obnoxious white girl is leaning over the counter rambling on about her personal problems. Then it hit me this is the same girl who disrespected me last December before Christmas. Guess she is back. And you just lost me as a customer.

My question is does this place have management. It's like a free for all. Employees leaned over countertops talking on phones, no cups or anything stocked at 12pm in the middle day. And oh my filthy place. At the least the night guys try to clean and it shows. It's sad when the only time this store is only clean and stocked is after 10pm or 12 am in the morning.

None of them were wearing a mask. They were supporting other people not wear mask. They are not supporting the customers. They are not showing a good example of citizenship and are spreading covid all around Visalia. All of the workers should get tested for covid and start wearing mask to slow the spread. I will not be returning to this 7-11 for these certain reasonings.

On any other day I would give this place 5 stars however my experience tonight was completely unacceptable as I was yelled at by an employee name Te'Marcus Whitney. He was extremely rude and had horrible customer service and communication skills. He continued to harass me and follow me to my car. In my opinion he needs to go. He is the WORST employee I have ever encountered there

So annoying to have to see the homeless hang around a business. For one, they leave trash wherever they feel like. No respect for other people's property. I assume that's why they are homeless. I work hard for my money and they should too. I don't feel sorry for them. Stop asking me for a cigararette. Don't smoke if you can't buy your own
