Mcdonald's

I know mcdonalds wont care about the reviews on here but i am completely at awe with this place. Waited 30 minutes for two sundaes and 5 cookies! There was 2 dashers and 4 other people in dining room also waiting. No one acknowledged us, very slow workers and poor service. When a few of us finally got our food, one was missing their drink and i was missing my cookies. Waited another 7 minutes. This wait was ridiculous for a fast good place.

Came to McDonald's and ordered super basic items for my kids, 20 piece and fries, and they parked me. I over waited 30 minutes to get my food meanwhile at least 15 cars rolled through the drive thru. Are you going to tell me that none of those cars had nuggets?!?! All of the reserved parking spaces were full waiting for orders as well. I saw at least one car go inside for there order and still take forever to come out. It should not take that long to get basic menu items.

Drive thru is packed, moderately slow. Manager scolded employee in front of customer. It looks demeaning and made me uncomfortable. Fríes had no Salt. Most of the time oil is old and dirty you can tell on the fríes if they come out clear, crispa and white they're ok. If their limp, dark oil has been used for a long time. Meat and bread are cold in cheeseburgers. Employee charged me for the order behind me. I had to wait a while and held the line. 😬

The worst customer service manners ever! The guy assisting us didn't greet us, no thank yous and no apologies when we told them their soda machine was out of a lot of the fountain drink options. When we asked if we could get orange fantastic from the drive thru soda dispenser he just took the cup away with an attitude and left us there. Came back n just slides the cup on the counter n walked away again. How rude! It's not like we didn't pay for our meal and service! I'm adding a pic of my receipt and maybe you can train that employee to learn how to treat your customers. Also restrooms were not taken care of and were they too lazy to put the toilet paper inside the toilet paper dispenser.
