Dunkin'

I always place my order on the app before I get there so there’s enough time to have my order prepared when I get there. The last five times I decided to go to this location, my order was not ready. I didn’t think anything of it because it was busy, but for them to prepare the orders that had just walked in and placed them was out of line. Another visit I had once again place me order on the app, and when I got there they didn’t have what I ordered. So I asked for a refund, I used to work in customer service. I know how it is, but for her to tell to tell me that she doesn’t know how to do a refining and I should do it myself was out of line. SHE WAS THE MANAGER!!! I was coming to this location because it is closer to my job, but after that I won’t be returning.

Terrible experience. Haven’t been here in months because the last couple of experiences I’ve had here were awful. But I was busy and this was the closest Dunkin to me. Ordered on the app for a hot latte and when I come to pick it up they tell me that their latte machine is being clean and it’s gonna take about half an hour for them to finish. It’s an ice cold day and you wanna do this now ? Ended up asking me if I wanted a iced latte instead. Once again it’s freezing cold out why would I want something cold ? When I asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t give it to me because I put my order for the app. So you’re telling me there’s no way you could’ve given me my money back? Absolute joke . Avoid at all costs .

Worst Dunkin donuts I've been too!! The donuts was horrible,it's been years since I've had Dunkin donuts, I always just get a donut or two from Wawa so I figured one day I'll stop and get there famous powdered with strawberry jelly. Well let me tell you there was hardly a drop of powder on that donut and I kind u not there was less then a tea spoon of jelly in the donut!!! Horrible and they want 8$ for a half of dozen!! I will never spend another dollar there. EVER! Also the "assistant manager" is very unperfesional in the morning, and very tuck up!! And talks to you with disrespect!!

Good things to say about Duncan the new matcha tea is fabulous I get the cold with the almond milk very delicious I really enjoy the new matcha tea as well as a delicious breakfast sandwiches and yummy donuts that they have as well as a good bagel with cream cheese whatever you want just look on the menu and your dreams come true
