Applebee's

Nothing really great. The wonton tacos were okay but so much slaw and too much dressing made them a soggy disappointment. They just don’t live up to the hype for me. The Cesar dressing was off I can’t pinpoint exactly why but I ended up not eating my salad because it tasted spoiled. Fries are really overpriced for the amount you get in a takeout order. They were overcooked another item we ended up not eating. Mozzarella sticks were disappointing too, overly greasy and not near as good as something you can get yourself on the cheap from a freezer section at any local store. The club sandwich was actually good out of everything we ordered it was the only thing we ate all of. It’s the only thing I’d recommend. The fish was nothing but oil. I was looking forward to it but I couldn’t choke it down because of the grease it was floating in. Not pictured was a steak and donut bit dessert. Really overpriced bland steak and was well done when we ordered at medium rare. The donut bites were hard, like you get with old yeast dough. My search continues for a good place locally. Alas this was not the one.

Good food. Decent staff. Seemed low on staff our waitress was busy with other customers but still checked on us regularly and asked if we wanted dessert. Only thing I didn't really like was she took our plates and gave us the check before we were really ready. I was still eating on my fries after my delicious burger.

Went to the Applebee's in Vienna with my family for dinner. They weren't incredibly busy at the time. The server was nice. Ordered the rack of ribs with Asian Chile sauce and they made it wrong so it was sent back. They brought out the correct item but the ribs were so tough that you could barely tear them with a fork. The manager came to our table to ask what was wrong and I explained and showed him and he told me there was nothing wrong with them so he doesn't see what the issue is and said he would give them to the chef to use again tomorrow. Manager experience was just awful. Ended up not getting anything to eat, paying for my family's meal and leaving. I genuinely hope they don't reuse my food that I sent back. That would be disgusting.
