Regular Starbucks experience, no wow factor, good space, great location, a lot of parking spaces. Great service, good atmosphere the the distinctive coffee smell. Can have better chairs.

I will make an ordering mistake. Baristas will make mistakes in preparing the coffee. But whatever happens, this location more than makes up for it. I’m very impressed with how they’ve handled these mistakes. Top class group making sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommended!

Clean and well kept, with attentive service. Tends to be much less busy than the nearby Pike 7 Plaza location (next to the Greensboro Metro Station)--roughly 40% less foot traffic. No complaints except the early closing hours on Sunday (1pm).

This is your typical Starbucks location, as you've come to know them.
Even given the crowd of the day, service eat quick and professional. The coffee was tasty (as always), and the personnel were friendly.
Parking is ample for this establishment, and then location is not bad on route 7, right next to McDonald's.
Only reason it's not a top tier 5 star Starbucks is that there's no wheelchair accessible entrance and also no drive thru.
However, if that's not a problem for you, this is a great location.
