Dunkin'

This is the WORST location... I've gotten burnt croissants, uncooked toast that fell apart, completely burnt bacon, a refresher I had to throw out because it made me gag, a breakfast sandwich without cheese, someone never taking my order and leaving after waiting over ten minutes, and I'll request something removed and get it anyways. This is my first ever written review as I never complain but I had my very last straw when I ordered my usual "iced matcha latte" and instead got an iced coffee with matcha powder thrown in... it wouldn't even mix together and was absolutely disgusting

Extremely rude employees. I was in the middle of asking a question at the drive-thru, the the person there just said "no" and slamed the door in my face did not even let me finish my question. I can understand having a bad day oh, but don't take it out on the customer. avocado toast was made wrong, barely even toasted. They've done that two other times, I just really hoped they get it right this time. That's on me though.

Don't know what's going on lately but my order is NEVER right at the drive thru. I order the same exact thing every time and it's never right. This started a couple of months ago. When prepared correctly the coffee and breakfast foods are good. But the food comes out cold and the coffee order is consistently wrong. Please fix this. Vidor needs this business!

Normally I have loved coming to this Dunkin Donuts; But today my husband and I both ordered medium size flavored coffees and we both ordered toasted bagels one with cream cheese and one with butter when we pulled off in the parking lot to eat our food or bagels were both rock hard they have not applied the butter or the cream cheese to either of the bagels nor did they give us a utensil or any napkins. I can say at this point that I’m thoroughly disgusted with the drive-through service and the bagels that we got tasted like they were a month old. The staff that works there is super friendly I will give them that but they really need to step up the Quality of their drive-through service and also improve on the quality of their products. At this point I would not recommend coming here
