Subway

This subway is normally good….. today I went to grab lunch and the experience was horrible. The guy making the sandwiches had a hole in his shirt on his chest, his shirt was also very dirty. All the vegetables looked disgusting the spinach was wilting and the lettuce was brown. The bread was severely undercooked, to the point when they pulled it off the toaster pan it was folding. The girl that was putting the vegetables on the sandwiches wrapped mine up before I was done and didn’t say a single word at all just stared at me. The lady ringing people up said that they wouldn’t except the coupon we had when it is a store/district wide coupon. I will not be returning to the subway I will stay with the subways closer to home. Really wish they would step it up.

Subway prices in general are not ideal, but that isn't somthing that a franchise has much control over. This location however is great. Nice clean store, fast friendly service. The girls that work here know how to make perfectly balanced and aesthetically pleasing looking sandwiches. The last time my husband and I went he got an xlpro and I could not believe the amount on meat that went onto his sandwich. He was more than pleased. I was concerned about being able close the sandwich with the amount of meat that was piled on. He assured me it would be fine. And he was right. My only complaint would be that I wish they would keep the white inner paper on the sandwich when they wrap it in the big subway branded one.

The employees were not knowledgeable of what I ordered, they were out of the sauce I wanted. After my sandwich was made, which took a little time, the cashier walked away from the register and said someone else would ring me up. The employee who rang me up dropped my sandwich on the floor. I had had enough of this inefficiently run store
