Cashier not very friendly and no one had a hair net or cap. The cook did have gloves on. The cashier turned fries with garlic butter side ways so it leaked everywhere...it used to be a good place to eat..

Place was filthy. There was spilled liquid all over the floor. Caution signs were up but nobody was attempting to clean the floor. The drink fountain area was nasty and had actual tools laying there. I had to put my food tray on top of the mess to fix my drink. I addressed this with a staff member who just picked up a few strewn items.

We went for breakfast there this morning. Got there at 9:15 and ordered. About 45 mins later half of us had our food, the other half were still waiting. Now, I do not mind waiting for food that is hot, fresh, and good. What we got was none of the above. Everything was cold and undercooked and to top it off the service was horrible. They were just nasty and rude. We asked for my daughters donuts (which were literally the best thing we got) 3 times, by the time the rest of us had ate what we could she still didn't have hers. My father went asked again for them before we left and the girl replied with "I said I'll bring them to you in a minute", he's asked for them now since we were leaving so she pulled them out of the fridge and asked if we wanted them warmed up. Like, what about that takes literally an hour to do? You didn't have to cook them or anything!
I use to love Hardee's, but at this point unless they fix it I will NOT be going back.

I had a great breakfast here and it was fresh made. The manager was a hard working woman who had her staff in check. The coffee was fresh and my family of four had a nice hot breakfast. We were from out of town but there were also very satisfied local customers whom I could tell were regulars. Nicely done!

We were completely ignored by staff upon arrival. When we finally placed our order, to a staff member who clearly was not pleasant, we were told it was going to take 8 minutes to make biscuits (which we already had heard while the kitchen staff was being yelled at to put another tray in). The counter staff never once was polite..cups where thrown on counter and she walked away. I asked for my receipt and she just ignored me. I had to obtain the information from another person in our party's order. My husband went to get ice for his drink and the ice has brown pieces in it as well. Clearly the same needs to be maintenanced. GROSS. Skip to finally getting out order almost 20 minutes later (not the 8 minutes we were told) and it is wrong. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese large biscuit combo meal, a chicken biscuit and a cup of water. The chicken biscuit had egg and cheese on it. When I brought it back up to the counter, I had to stand there and be ignored by the drive thru employee and the kitchen staff member, until the front counter employee finally showed back up. When I told her the issue she asked the kitchen staff member why she made it that way and the response muttered was...I gave her extra she should be happy....front counter staff member (who at this point I think is your management as well???) takes the sandwich apart, to see if the biscuit can be reused...takes and places it on a new biscuit and puts in back on the serving shelf. I TOUCHED this item and it should have been thrown away. After standing at the counter to wait for another one to be made, I finally received my correct sandwich, no sorry, no you're welcome...no customer service at all. I would NOT recommend this location, quite the opposite.

Terrible customer service today! No breakfast at 10:15am and breakfast ends at 11:00am. Cook didn't want to make any more biscuits so no breakfast!! Speaker down and had to wait till we got to the window to find out there is no breakfast!!! The cashier says, breakfast ends in 45 minutes and they are not making anymore because they switch over at 11!!! It was 10:15!!!! They don't have to worry about me going there anymore, because my time and money can go to another restaurant!!

Awful customer service!
Waited forever for my order and then the lady looked at me and very rudely said “we don’t have no bun”! If your not good with people, please do NOT get a job where you have to work with the public! However I do wanna thank you for helping me give my 17 year old niece and valuable learning lesson!

Visited the restaurant after shopping around 6:30 pm, Tuesday evening, December 3, 2019. No cars in the parking lot. One car ahead of us in the drive thru was asked to pull up. We ordered one combo meal and one sandwhich and was asked to pull up also. Hubby declined. Employee made a few rude comments and walked off. Asked for a refund and they refused. I went inside and the girl was having a hissy fit, saying she would not refund because he was driving up the timer on the drive thru. Video taped the whole thing. There were only two employees in the building. The cashier did not even know how to refund, she had to call someone. Hardees management of this store needs to review their hiring and training policy. Customer service is a zero.
