Starbucks

A shout-out to Abba first, who was taking refreshment orders yesterday afternoon. Smiles all round, polite, friendly, and helpful. The first person on staff in a business can make or break a customer’s opinion. Abba, you were great! This Starbucks location on Oak Bay Avenue has been around for a long time. It’s usually quite busy at this location and, while there’s seating inside, there are also tables and chairs just outside the café, too, which, on a nice day is pleasant to watch the Avenue. Fabulous cappuccino yesterday, good and strong, and pretty quick service.

I love this Starbucks. The atmosphere is great and the employees are excellent. I’ve never had an order come out wrong and I’ve never had a bad experience. I love doing work here for hours at a time, and I don’t feel pressured to leave. This is really important to me as a student. Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

It always makes my day coming into the Starbucks at Oak Bay and seeing the staff but in particular, Katherine & Syssilia. ❤️ Both baristas are extraordinary humans who go out of their way to greet me, make me feel welcomed, and have my drink and food orders ready when I arrive. It’s the warmest feeling in the world entering the store and seeing their beautiful faces greet me. They are truly the loveliest people. I come to the shop with friends and the customer service is always excellent. Thank you to each barista for serving us customers with smiles on your faces and going above and beyond. You are rockstars! ⭐️
