Best craft donuts in Victoria B.C. Super soft, fluffy, and sweet. The donuts are also huge! I normally have to share one or cut in half and save for later. Empire Donuts are yummy! Amy is always friendly too!

Empire is an excellent choice for donuts in the city! There are always so many different and unique flavors every day. You are definitely getting what your money is worth here, I haven't seen a small donut yet. The staff are really nice too. They close once they sell out, so don't wait too long.

Unique & classic selection of daily made fresh donuts. Both locations offer a wonderful atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, and the sweet treats are always spot on (even when trying something new 🦋)

Okay so I haven't been to this location but I've bought Empire donuts from Rootcellar many times and am always so impressed. Every flavor I've tried is heavenly. One day I'll make it to the actual store but in the meantime I'm glad I can find them at the cafe in Rootcellar!

Easily some of the best donuts I've ever had. They taste like small town bakery donuts but taken up 1000 notches. Dough is delicious, toppings just as good. Must stop.
