Dairy Queen

Really disappointed by my recent visit today (12/17/2021 at 5:48pm), I use to frequent this DQ a lot when I was in high school as a band kid. So this location holds a lot of fond memories for me, since then this location has gone down hill. Alejandra was the clerk that served me tonight. I noticed through the window that she originally had me a medium Diet Coke ready, and realized she had the wrong size. Instead of just making me a new drink with the correct size she just poured the medium into an XL cup without filling it up the rest of the way. I also ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal, and instead I was given a 4 piece. I know that for some of the kids working there this is just a job; just get it together.

The french fries were soaked with grease and they were cold my girlfriend ordered chicken fingers with gravy the chicken fingers tasted like old grease. And the manager she did not even acknowledge we were there she was too worried about making sure the schedule was filled out for next week. This place could use a good cleaning and a new management!

We ordered 3 milkshakes. Two of them were supposed to be chocolate, but there was so little in there we had a hard time distinguishing it from the vanilla. They were SO watery… it was all milk, no shake. They put them in a drink carrier that probably wasn’t meant for those types of cups, so the lids to the shakes got caught on them and didn’t sit securely on the bottom. When I sat the carrier down in my passenger seat one immediately toppled over and covered my car. Now I’ll take part of the blame for that one because I definitely should have made sure it was secure, but if they had been a normal consistency it probably wouldn’t have ended so badly.
