Tim Hortons

Horrible. All local Tim Horton restaurants around Vernon are brutal. Signs are on, drive thru not blocked off, but they're closed at 10. Better off anyway as they usually f up the order. Armstrong is ok though. Anyway, it's a strange day when I go to McD's for a coffee and it's10x better than Tim's. Never thought I'd say that, but here we are. The local Tim's owner is a moron. How's that foreign worker thing working out for ya. Lol

I've never reviewed a tims before but I just went through this Tims and I have to say... Wow.. I usually go to the other tims in town but it's never consistent. My order is never right and the food is not made well.. Very rushed. This Tims on the other hand nailed it. My bagel actually had cream cheese on it and was toasted perfectly. Also my croissant BLT was perfect. The coffee I ordered was spot on. Literally sucked it down. It was so good that I took the time to google this place and write a review. Whoever was working today at NOV 2 AT 11 AM. Give them a raise. thank you

Extremely let down by this location. I'm a very frequent customer and I always order the same thing. My iced coffee (which is a VERY simple drink to make) is almost always undrinkable lately. They constantly forget to add any sweetner, and there's usually coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. The only way to make a formal complaint is through the survey and you need a receipt which they never give me.

I don't even bother trying anymore. Once Tim's went uber-corporate a few years ago, the food quality slipped drastically, service is crappy, order creation is NOT logical in the slightest, and there's really nothing that has appealed to me here in YEARS. I try it once in a blue moon, but every visit ends up in disappointment.

Y’all always mess up my order. you say you don’t have any chilli but I know you have bags of frozen chilli, heat some up god damnit. People be trying to eat on their lunch break and ain’t got time to be going back to y’all when you mess it up! Sandwiches are seven dollars and ya prepackaged meat slapped on a bread it’s gross.
