Look, i love Wendy's. Their spicy chicken is really good, and never had a problem with my orders. The staff is great and very polite and professional. All that being said, WHY!! Are they charging almost $12 for a Spicy chicken combo...? Im not rich, when it was $8 i was like ok, any higher and ill have to stop comming. So, now until they drop the price, ill stick to cheaper options around town. If you can afford it, go for it. Their food is really good. Just to rich for my pockets.

The drive-thru lane was not well thought out. You have to wait until there are only a couple cars ordering because there is no room to exit the parking lot. They have a huge trash dumpster near the only exit and it is right next to the cars in the drive thru. I'm sure this is a fire/safety hazard. Since they are usually understaffed, there are usually cars waiting to place their order.

They are working hard, short staffed, only 3 the other day. All very friendly, order was hot and delicious according to my daughter. She bought the Frosty tag so I get a free treat for driving.

They were having some technical difficulties this afternoon and I was so impressed with the wonderful customer service of everyone here. They were cool, calm, and collected, all while having frustrating server issues. And the food came out perfect too.

Very pleased with my experience there today. Was served via drive thru and had Michelle take my order. She was very sweet and attentive and even helped with recommendations. Before sending us on our way she also confirmed we had everything we had ordered including sides/sour creams. It’s so hard these days to find kind people working in customer service jobs and I felt this truly deserved a positive review. Will always go back to this Wendy’s!
