Give him credit..Jim starts in the middle of the night..cooks, cleans, waits, cashes you out, and provides a lot of conversation as he serves up a wide variety of breakfast and lunch selections. Hot breakfast sandwiches are his specialty, along with soups and a special for lunch.

This certainly is a hidden gem! Best pastrami sandwich I’ve had and very a warm reception. Note: they only accept cash. Can’t wait to come back and try their pastries which looked absolutely delicious

Cash only...Great little place to eat. Stop in to get a sandwich but didn't bring enough cash and he kindly spot a few dollars. Thank you for the great customer service and generosity. Will definitely be going back.

What a wonderful, hidden gem Cormicks is! My friend and I went there for lunch today to celebrate her birthday. She had the pastrami swiss sandwich with homemade onion jam and mustard on Jim Cormick's homemade pumpernickel bread. It was served with delicious oven roasted potatoes. I had the chicken salad plate with fresh spinach, tomatoes, egg wedges, olives and walnuts with a choice of homemade dressings. Everything they serve is homemade, with a mouthwatering selection of fresh breads, pastries and croissants.
We eat out quite often, but I can't remember having such a reasonably priced delicious homemade lunch. Thank you Jim Cormick. We will be back soon!

Amazing little place, great food made with love. We where welcomed by the lovely owner Jim, with a tasting of different breads freshly made in house. He is also a great conversationalist.
My son and I where extremely pleased with both of our orders. Very tasty, fresh and good ingredients. The desserts are out of this world. If Amazing service, exquisite food was not enough, 2 breakfast meal and 2 desserts cost only $15 ! what.. it's true.
We are locals and only wish we found this gem sooner ✨️ Will be back. Make Sure to bring cash ! No cc.

I’ve only been once but I will be a regular. Had one of their breakfast pastries and it was excellent and I look forward to trying all of the other selections. Jim the owner greeted me when I walked in and he is a warm and friendly person, it was like talking to a friend. Great find!

We went based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! It is tucked away in a small strip mall and is no frills but absolutely delicious!
We had a pastrami sandwich on homemade pumpernickel, absolutely wonderful!

Amazing. This little place proves the idea that "food is love". The owners are the loveliest people - you won't leave a stranger. The owner bakes all his bread, bagels, croissants and pastries, which are super special. The sandwiches are huge, loaded with meats that were also cured by the proprietor. The soup is reported to be legendary. We will definitely be back!
