Dunkin'

This is my first time at this location, I feel extremely outraged and disrespected by your crew in Vauxhall, NJ. I showed my online order to which the three employees refused to serve me. They responded, “because it didn’t come out the printer, we won’t make it.” I am of asian decent and the woman there kept sticking her tongue out despite my frustration. I offered my phone and the tall gentleman didn’t even want to look at my phone. Also, I asked for a a manager in which everyone refused to give their names. I was embarrassed in front of my co workers as well as the public because they did not honor my mobile order. They brushed me off and did not even try to understand me me. I have pictures of the gentleman who claimed to be the manager but refused to serve me or even say that my order was legitimate. This is THE worse experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’m honestly DISGUSTED at their behavior and the way they treated me.

Well I am a super positive gal but this particular Dunkin...well they should address some critical issues...cleanliness for one, the donuts were dry and seemed old, the restrooms was ummmm filthy! And....a really frustrating issue is that they overcharge for items such as whipped cream...yes whipped cream , that other local Dunkin's either provide gratis or charge less...and it is troublesome that the price seems to change on items from visit to visit...weird. Indeed, once I experienced the cleanliness thing...well I cannot go back. Shame, it's so close...but I will stick to Millburn and Summit DDs. One star bc the young lady at the counter, that is new there, she was super sweet.
