Mcdonald's

I'm very impressed with this McDonald's! The young man with the afro at the register was very professional, kind, courteous, patient and helpful. All of the tables, chairs, counters and even the bathroom are very clean. Everything looks updated. The food was served promptly and the young man who took our order even brought it to our table for us. The food was all fresh and tastes the best out of all the McDonald's I've been to in the past 2 years. We stopped by while driving from WA to OR, and I'm so glad we stopped at this location for McDonald's.

Genuinely disgusting. Girlfriend's sister decided to get food from here with Uber Eats (12/18/2021). One burger was completely rare and cold in the center. Your burgers are on pressed timers... HTF does happen??? Picture provided. Not sure what's been going on with this location lately (10/10/2021), but it hasn't been we'll. Plenty of order errors. Typically I go back for the correction, but they can't fix what they've messed up. Overall fast location, yet plenty of mistakes that follow.

Curbside was closed during dinner. Huge line in drive thru and then I had to provide my receipt because the person working didn't know what my order was and kept asking why I didn't use curbside. Dua it was closed and not available through the app. I ordered my families food 20mins before hand. Ugh! I swear everytime I go to this location (closest to my house) it always messes up or doesn't know how to operate their place of work.

This visit was not great. Asked me to park for drive thru to wait for fries. Came about 4 minutes later and they were cold and mostly small ends. McChicken sandwich was not hot. Mcdouble was order with no pickles, verified by cashier and food delivery attendant. Receipt and sticker on sandwich said no pickles. Burger was delivered with pickles. I have visited this location in the past and never had a poor experience until this visit.

Terrible service. There was a long line at the drive thru as they had one lane blocked off. I said hello a few times at the order menu and waited but no response so I pulled up to the first window and no one was there either. At the second window there were three employees. I said no one took my order and he said very rudely "I told you to wait(he didn't) we can't take your order here you have to go back through the line". I told them that wasn't my fault but all three of them had something to say and that they couldn't help me there. So I started to pull out when one of them said Byyyyyyye very snarky and rude. I have no idea why three employees were at the last window only.
