Cinnabon

Just got a chance to sit down and enjoy a Cinnabon. My entire order of rolls were raw. They must have such a large demand that they cannot keep up with quality. The person baking must have thought the cinnamon on top was browning of the cinnamon roll when it wasn't 😭 I would not recommend visiting until whatever the source of quality and safety of raw food being served is corrected.

We love this place every time we go there we have to buy a box to bring home. Things have changed for this store quite a bit there used to be free frosting when you buy a box of cinnamon rolls. No they try to charge me $0.75 for small extra frosting with a box of cinnamon rolls Now may I remind you the box of cinnamon roll is not cheap. I paid almost $28 or so.

So I have been coming to cinnabon 4 years since it was a store inside the mall. Now it's an island in the middle of the mall.the cinnamon rolls are great but I'm only giving it three stars because when you come for the Tuesday special the cinnamon rolls do not taste the same as the ones on sale. The ones on sale have a noticeably lighter amount of cinnamon.other than that I love this store the people are great, the cinnamon rolls are great, and the white sauce is super.I would comment more on their coffee products but I really don't try those I stick to Dutch Brothers.

They do not honor their posted prices. I drove a long way to get cinnamon rolls on Christmas Eve. Their six-packs were $15 (price posted on the menu on the counter). However, they wanted to charge me nearly $30 for six of them. I talked to the owner and she would not budge. Other customers were upset as well. The owner would not budge. Merry Christmas to everybody. We don’t care how far you drove. We don’t care what prices we have posted. We will not sell any packs to anybody.

I had a bad customers service experience and the two females told me they open at 11:00 AM while they are on their cell phones , so I decided to come back and when I came a little after eleven I waited at the cashier for a while before they served me with an attitude, Today on 3/24/2021 a customer came at 10:30 AM and he was served!! the normal way expected from a business. Very discriminatory towards customers!!! a double standard customer service, they pick and choose who should help. I am Never going to !!! "Cinnabon" Vancouver Mall location again!!

Just bought a 6pk yesterday and out of four being eaten one was very dry and the rest were half dough! Any other cinnabon I've bought from has perfectly cooked ones, but looming from other reviews this isn't a new issue with this location. Would be adding a picture of how doughy it was if it wasn't already in the trash.
