Cinetopia

First time here and definitely won’t be my last. It was a nice smaller theater. Had the normal AMC food to offer. I do wish prices were cheaper for food and drinks. The seats were comfortable but they didn’t recline back as far as other AMC theaters. Wasn’t the most up to date theater but had that older movie theater vibe going on. Also on a Monday there was no one there so you pretty much get the rooms to yourself. Enjoy!

We went on Christmas Day to the first showing of the movie. There weren’t many people. Staff was very nice and we got our food order quickly. There is what looks to be a restaurant/bar (this was my first time to the theater)However this theater really needs a face lift. The seats are peeling, the carpeted walls have stains and the bathroom sinks are leaking. I imagine this theater was great in its prime. I would have no problem revisiting based on the staff interactions I had.

I haven't been to a theater in a long time. When I got to the theater I had to wait in the food line to show my ticket even though I didn't want any food. Went into the theater and the first thing I noticed was the smell of sweaty dirty clothes. Sticky floor under my feet. Used the bathroom and no toilet seat covers and the paper was stuck up in the second roll holder. Went to wash my hands and only one automated sink worked out of three. I felt like I needed a shower when I got home. Where is management? Someone needs to step up and step in!

AMC has let this theater go wayyy downhill since they bought it from Cinetopia during Covid. Theater has sticky armrests, the paint is peeling off all painted surfaces and we had ANTS crawling on us! Ew ew ew! Who knows how long it’s been since these theaters were REALLY cleaned. I would think that would be a priority in a pandemic world. The bathrooms were disgusting, black rings in the toilets, sinks and floors so gross. All surfaces clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Will not be back to this theater. Very sad because Cinetopia was our favorite. AMC, not at all.

Absolutely the WORST movie theatre experience ever. I went Jun 18th, 2022. Staff were all stoned or braindead. Could barely utter any intelligible words much less answer any questions. Menu was half "unavailable". Only had popcorn candy and soda.the popcorn was terrible. No salt! The self-service popcorn butter was actually just clear oil with no salt! Horrible. The prices for food were so high but it was all sh*tty food. The fountain drink was so watered down. The theatre was filthy. No one was servicing the bathrooms. The toilets were left unflushed. The trash cans were overflowing There was no toilet paper. DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATRE. It is awful!
