Taco Bell

Still having bad experiences at Taco Bell in Van Wert. I went inside and ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunch with chicken instead of beef. I get them both and the first had beef and no chicken and the second had beef and 2 pieces of chicken... How bad do you have to be to mess it up first but even if the order said add chicken, why not both and WHY 2 pieces!!! Bad training, bad service, bad experience....again.

I Had a great experience. I ordered through the drive-through, and the two men working gave me plenty of time to figure out what I wanted. I was thrilled to receive my food exactly the way I wanted it, with all toppings/extras perfectly made. Excellent work, guys. Keep up the fantastic service with the night shift. I will most definitely be returning.

The food is generally a decent quality during the day, but a little lackluster at night. My family doesn't normally get food items with special toppings or anything so we haven't had any issues with wrong orders. At night though we have had some missing items. Staff has been friendly on both day and night shifts. And the past several times that we've tried to go there at night they have closed early. Up to 30 minutes early which is kind of a let down.

If I could leave negative stars, I totally would. Night shift needs some new management. I usually come thru sometime around 11pm after work. There has NOT been a single time that they have actually made my order RIGHT. Between items missing, sauces that should be on the item that arent, and not to mention the terrible customer service. I understand we're all human, but EVERY time I go thru? And most of the time I'm the only person in line, there's no excuses and honestly I think I'm done giving this place my money/time.

Food was ok but had to order at kiosk. They were out of several things. Then the air conditioner wasn't on it was stiflingly hot and it was making the floor tiles "sweat" so it was really slippery. Husband tried to ask workers to please turn on the AC they instead cranked the music up really loud. The drive thru speaker wasn't working either so they had some poor worker standing out in the heat taking orders from the cars manually.

Staff is really friendly and hard working but feel they dont have enough staff or are just always in a rush . Veggies and cheese on the food always taste so cold like it's right out the freezer. Meet portions on tacos or burritos seem way smaller then other taco bell's and never seem to get everything we order.
