Ruby Tuesday

It was pretty good overall but not great. Several things we wanted to order were not available. The hot wings we ordered were fantastic! However the steak was lacking flavor along with the mashed potatoes and rice pilaf. Seemingly a lack of seasoning on everything, with the exception of the wings. Thankfully salt and pepper on the table did the trick for the most part. Although the restaurant was slow the service was kinda slow too. I will say our waitress appeared to be the bartender as well so really the issue was more lack of adequate staffing than lack of effort. We were there at the beginning of dinner(445pm) so it may have been bad timing on our part. Overall we will return, however we may wait till a bit later in the day so there will be more staff on hand hopefully!

Wow, almost 70.00 for our meal and again, just disgusting. The dishes sound so great and when you get them it's garbage. I ordered potato salad, literally a baked potato, warm, with mayo. What a joke. We figured it had been since JULY since we ordered here, give it a shot. Waste of too much money and will never make that mistake again! You should be ashamed, people work hard for their money, you should too!

Waited 20 minutes for the hostess to tell us she was going to see if there was a clean table open. Instead of trying to sit us she was more worried about the garden bar. While waiting the 20 mins I noticed over 10 open tables. Line started to reach out the door and she still never came back. We left with 3 or 4 other couples that waited too.

I'm normally a fan of Ruby Tuesday, but this location is the exception. Stopped here on the way through town on a road trip. It wasn't a pleasant experience from the start. We couldn't understand the host who mumbled and was more concerned about getting back to chatting with his coworkers than taking care of the customers. It took quite a while to get our entrées, and when they did arrive the chicken was RAW. Not just a little pink, I mean cold wet raw inside! I had to go find a server and ask to get the sandwich replaced. (Very little empathy from her btw) We waited for quite a bit and then could see the sandwich sitting in the service window. All the while the staff are congregated in a corner chatting. The cook finally had to call out the window for someone to come pick up the order. We are 1 HOUR into our lunch at this point! The straw that broke the camels back was that they didn't even offer to take the sandwich off our bill, and when we asked about it the server responded "the manager didn't say anything about doing that, so there is nothing I can do"! Mynfriend could have because very ill had she eaten that chicken! If you read any of my reviews you know I rarely post negative comments, but I feel the need to in this instance. Eat here at your own risk, and always check the chicken!
