Kfc

First off, if I could give zero stars, I would because they deserve it for their service. Second, if you're trying to grab a quick meal, this is NOT the place to be!!! When we pulled up in the drive-thru, there were ZERO cars in line. We ordered a root beer float (tasted awesome, kudos for that, so here's their 1 star.) and medium onion rings. Paid for our order, was given our root beer float but was told to go park in front of the restaurant and wait for our onion rings. Thought it was going to be quick, but NOPE, it wasn't. As we were sitting there, we noticed that ALL the vehicles coming through the drive-thru were also parking and waiting. Before we parked, the spaces up front were already taken by cars, so ALL these cars were also waiting on their food. After 15 mins, we got our onion rings...let's just say that was a waste of time!!!!! Mind you, we ordered MEDIUM onion rings, it was HOT (fresh, great) but we had maybe 3 rings and 5 broken pieces. At this point, we've already decided NOT to ever come back to this location.

I went through the drive-thru, no problem there. The problem was with the food. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in fish grease that had a salt and bone explosion in it, I ordered a extra biscuit (what did I do that for) it was cold and hard as a rock, and the soda had no flavor what-so- ever. I wondered if they changed the original recipe cause the chicken was crunchy. Not the KfC I know and always enjoyed.

Haven't had much luck there over the years but found myself giving it another chance as a family member wanted kfc..the employee at the drive thru was lacking the finesse needed to successfully deal with the public on the speaker and at the window,when I notice things like this I double check my order..and yep, it wasn't right and as the lobby is still closed except to door dash and I didn't want to find out what ms.charming might do to make things worst we took the order home and added the missing condiments...to be fair the chicken was good...
