I will never go back to this place as I had the worst experience in a food place: First of all, there is a sign that says that without a mask there is no service. So I opened the door and asked the woman if I needed one and she said yes. I go to my car to get a mask and when I return in 15 seconds the door is already locked. I knock on the door several times and it looks like there is someone in the distance, I call on the phone and no one answers or it is with a busy tone and after several minutes the same lady opens the door and I ask her what happened and she tells me that it was time for her break. Finally, I decide to order and tell her that I have a coupon to redeem and she informs me that this location does not accept coupons. So, I went to buy a burrito at the place across the street. I ask the woman who served me her name and she tells me her name is Mary Lorenzo, a person who passed by while I was waiting outside for them to open told me that she is the owner's daughter.

This subway on Solano Ave is never open. They make their own schedule i guess. Dont waste your time in coming here espically if you come while on lunch time. never opens at 10am closed during the lunch hours on a normal base. Like do yall even want to make money? This is a normal thing for this location, happened more then 10 times now. Second, the sandwich quality isnt even that great. Never accepts coupons too. The lady that knows the owners is usually 50/50 on her customer service. I have seen people walk out and i have seen people laugh with her. Overall, i rather drive across town for a sandwich or not eat subway at all then go back to this location and waste my time.

If it was possible to give negative stars.....I would. I ordered an online order at 830 on Wednesday night (we always order online) I know that they are open until 930 so didn't think anything of it. Entered my card number and successfully paid for my sandwiches. Received email confirmation with credit card authorization number and the time that we could pick up the food (8:55). When we got there, the door was locked and the employees were just sitting there yelling through the door that they were closed. They were informed that we had placed and paid for an online order. We were told by the lazy, rude employee that he closed early because he didn't feel good and was tired so it wasn't his problem that my money was gone and I got no food!!! Excuse me????? Subway just really did steal from me!!! 2 days later and still no resolution!! They just took my money like I owed it to them. Watch out Subway......I'm coming for you!!
