Ordered the porterhouse for 2 and requested for medium rare, one side was slightly well done which made the beef really tough, we left a couple of pieces untouched. Service staff saw it and asked for our feedback, he offered us free dessert but we were too full from the meal so we declined. He didn’t have to do that so it was a really nice gesture. Overall seasoning on the beef could be heavier, as well as a better crust. Caesar salad/ bread with garlic butter was delicious. Ambiance was really nice, perfect for a date night or casual night out with friends.

Off the beaten path in Vail but worth a stop. Excellent service in this well designed steak house with large bar. Family friendly franchise founded by John Elway #7 in 2004 doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of steak options around town but we stumbled in mid week early season to see what’s good. Kid menu featured budget conscious options with plenty of veggies and noteworthy fries. Menu features a diverse offering of appetizers from Calamari to Lamb lollipop’s. Surf and turf any steal for under $30. Wine list is extensive with large format and diverse half bottle selections. Appreciated the worldly wine lost in particular the offerings from Rioja. Service was very kind and attentive. Great dining option

Great meal to celebrate our Mt Elbert Summit. Tim was a great server, request him. He was attentive and accommodating and we never felt rushed. The Wedge Salad dressing was amazing, Bone In Ribeye was cooked perfectly, the Spicy Spinach Artichoke dip had just the right amount of Spicy and the burger was tasty. Everything you would expect from a high end steak house.

3 dinners had NY strip, prime rob and the filet mignon. All were cooked to perfection, sides of broccoli, mashed and asparagus were very good. Get the blue cheese for your steak, very good. Wine selection was admirable as was the after dinner port with dessert. Service by Dragon was fantastic and put the experience over the top.
