Mcdonald's

I don't know if it was just the crew that was working at the time...but is by far the best food I have received at a McDonald's. Fries were hot.. burger was put together correctly and neatly. The customer service was excellent. The young lady in the purple hair was the perfect example of great customer service. This store should be the model of how a lot of the other McDonald's should be ran. Kudos to you all.

Rude and disrespectful! I was given a raw egg on my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. You can clearly see the difference between the two sandwiches purchased at the same time in the same order. The lady in the picture was rude and disrespectful to me because I would not throw this sandwich away after having to come back in so my order is corrected. She told me not to come back. I asked her name because she's not wearing a name tag and she would not give it to me so, I took a picture. Funny, I will be reporting this person to their corporate office. No one should have to be treated this way especially, while paying these outrageous prices. Update Update Update..... McDonald's corporate office has failed to date to correspond with me regarding this matter.

Staff was extremely rude for no reason. No ketchup or ketchup containers. Dirty. Which I've seen many fast food chains in rest stops that aren't gross so there's no excuse. I already have low expectations for McDonald's and they still managed to disappoint me. We didn't hear our order called and when we went up to check a bag the kid behind the cash register said "I TOLD you that was your bag, but YOU guys weren't listening." And it's like, dude what is your problem? We weren't blaming you we just were checking if the bag was ours. I get that customer service sucks, but being unreasonably rude to customers who are just existing isn't going to make it better. They were rude while we ordered food too. Just a screw this McDonalds.

I don't know if I'm just so used to the nasty McDonald's workers by my house or what, but this McDonald's was such a success! It was super fast and absolutely delicious (2 20 piece nuggets (excellently crisped to deliciousness), 3 drinks, double cheeseburger meal, quarter pounder and an extra fry). I didn't catch a name, but the female employee at the front taking orders was such a sweetie! She repeatedly apologized for having to do a little run around before bringing our order to he counter... It was less than 5 minutes! The only reason I wouldn't be likely to visit within the next thirty days is because I am not located near this restaurant! (Other wise, I'd be here due to this service!) (Side note, my sisters grateful for that "extra nugget" ya gave her lol)
