Dairy Queen

Customers are usually wrapped around the corner but not today. I visited this location on May 25, 2021 at 6:15 pm. Drive-thru was about a 7 minute wait. The customer service and food was on point. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Salad well done, an Upside down Banana Split with a large Coke. Gave em a tip. When I got to my destination. I did not have any napkins, a fork for my salad, a spoon for my ice-cream nor a straw for my Coke. That's okay though, the food and service was great. I will be back and will make sure I have all my condiments. 😊

Went there tonight to get my mothers favorite cone Cherry dipped in a cup and before my order was placed there was apparently a rude customer in the drive thru..unfortunately that sometimes happens..we all been there and had a rough day. Matthew handled it brilliantly and afterwards came over to take my order apologized for the situation and didnt waste anytime in ringing me up and handing me the cup I don't know if he's a manager but he sure has the respect and knowledge on how to treat people. I like to go to Dairy Queen especially during the summertime and it's people like Matthew the reason why people come back and wait in line because we all know there are good hard working people working there who actually care about doing right no matter what. You can tell especially the older you get when a place is worth giving your business. And this DQ definitely is. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for 10 years but what I experienced last night was pure BS. Flamethrower combo large with bad lettuce, burnt bacon, missing cheese, and barely sauce on the burger. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers with mustard and onions, had no onions barely had mustard. 2 cheeseburgers none had cheese All of my fries wasnt even cooked all the way and wasn't edible. I love this place but this specific experience is a 0. I can tell the owners wasn't there last night because this was ridiculous.

With the help of our wonderful 6th grade parents, we collected enough $ to create each of our 6th graders an end-of elementary school gift bag. Included were $5 DQ gift cards that we purchased from this DQ location. Not only did they take time to load $5 onto 60 individual cards, they also placed each card into its own sleeve w receipt!! That’s a lot of extra effort! THANK YOU for taking the time - it certainly made our kids (& us parents) happy! Cheers!
