Pizza Hut

Worst manager Rick, customer service and delivery service was horrible driver came into our private driveway for garages and parked his car in front of our garages when there's parking outside our front door. When he should have came to our front door instead. My garage was actually not fully open to where he had to bend underneath my garagedoor to get inside my garage, as we are in a pandemic and i asked online for it to be contactless. I even set up a table out front of my front door for him to place the pizza on. Manager didn't seem to care at all about the situation and didn't want to really assess the situation at all.

I placed an online order about 1 hr and 15 min before doing curbside pickup. The online system only allowed me to select a certain time. I arrived at Pizza Hut about 30 min early hoping my order would get processed quicker. 10 min after my arrival an employee came out to my car and said he had just put my pizza in and it would be ready in 6 min at which point he would bring it out to my car (since I had requested curbside). 30 minutes later I still didn't have my pizza. I tried calling the location and no one picked up. I tried calling 5 times. My daughter started crying (after being in the car for 30+ min) so I finally went into the location and asked if my pizza was done. It had been done all along and no one bothered to take it out to me. The second representative that helped me was rude when I asked why no one had brought it out to my car. Her response was "I dont know what the other guy told you." It was an extremely disappointing ordering and NON "curbside pickup" experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered this pizza and it was for contact less pick up. I called and no one would answer. I ended up having to go inside to pick up my pizza after sitting there for a while... Then I got home and the crust was not the same it was hard and rough to chew. Never had your pizza like that. It was not the best experience.
