7-eleven

They always mess up my DoorDash order and tonight they decided to mark my order of Tylenol and vitamin waters as “fraud” we waiting over an hour for our order only for our dasher to call and say this store won’t release our order. We have never had issues ordering from places on DoorDash except when we order from this 7/11. If you don’t want to participate on DoorDash then don’t be on DoorDash?

Worst place to get anything, the staff lied about their name the lady said she was mona singh and that her coworker was Paul singh. She was covering for him. I did not appreciate them kicking us out. I will never come again worst place to recieve service or goods...they discriminate against anyone other than them.

What a great 7-Eleven location! This 7-Eleven is fairly new to this location and I honestly feel that it being located where it is at the corner of Campus and Foothill is much more than convenient. It's perfect where it's at with the two main and busy streets. Also there isn't very many of these stores located in Upland and I'm definitely glad we finally have one here closer to my location. Also considering where it's located I am very surprised and impressed with how well kept it is with all the customer traffic it receives on a daily basis. Every time I have visited the store has always been well stocked, clean both inside and outside of the store, and overall very well managed. The employees and management are the one who deserve the credit for a job very well done! I must mention how polite, respectful, and welcoming the employees have always been. With everything considered, I truly see this 7-Eleven location as one of my favorites. Not just in Upland, but overall. Professionalism and respect goes a great distance in this industry. It's great to see that people here enjoy doing what they do. I recommend stopping at this location if you're in this area.

I got the pizza deal, 2 slices and 2 drinks for $4. It came out to $5.50 which is a lot of tax for $4? When I got home the pizzas were rock hard, but warm. It was as if they were cooked at 3am the day before and just left under the heat lamp. STOP SERVING HARD PIZZA. You guys put the pizza in the box, and no one likes rock hard pizza so don’t serve it like that.
