If I could give it a 0 star rating I would! The cashier is super slow and the service is horrible as well they messed up my order. While eating my food I found a huge piece of plastic so I had to go back and let them know. The manager also seems kind of rude, corporate should really look into the service of this place. And let's not talk about the outside there was trash all over the parking lot.

i went to kfc hoping to get some quick service since Popeyes was taking forever. I got there and the lady told me I had to order online. So I did, I ordered around 3:40 PM and the order said it was ready and it hadn’t been a minute. So I go inside and ask the lady for my order but then she tells me I have to go through the drive-thru. And when we go I’m telling her that I got my order from the website and it was a 16 pc meal, I don’t know if the mask was in the way of my voice volume but she kept telling me to repeat myself. And she said yes I have your diet but can you to the front to pick it up. I had already been through the front but now I had to go again. And then she finally came with the order at 4:00 pm. 20 minutes just to get my order which could’ve been brought to me in less than five. And the lady was so slow and her service was awful.

I have been there before and eventhough the kids that are working there are nice.... The management wasn't very well organized, no honey no butter one of the three pieces of chicken was burned; luckily I noticed on time. I requested easy ice but.......It didn't happen either. At 6:00 p.m. Who was the MANAGER.......?????????

The food taste was very delicious but the service was awful. I ordered via drive through, the person who took my order was very forgetful. We ordered 3 famous bowl combos, 2 large. They gave us the wrong sized drinks, they only gave us 2 cookies instead of 3 to go with the combos. They forgot to give us the biscuits that are supposed to come with the combo also. To top it off, they did not put any napkins or utensils until I nearly drove off and noticed first and had to ask. I would have went back but I was driving a long distance and had happened to stop at this location. Sad to say this experience was disappointing.
