Mcdonald's

This location needs some serious retraining. My order is constantly wrong! I asked for light sauce and the sauce is all over the place heavily packed in there. Also, my 10pc nugget meal was short a nugget. And the worker at drive through window was busy socializing with his co worker that he didn’t hear me say excuse me 3xs. I was calling for his attention because he literally handed me the last bag without saying a word to me and I needed bbq sauce and ketchup. So unhappy and tired of the bad service!

If i can give 0 stars I would. I don’t know what is it with the managers from McDonald’s but the manager here who was working on Saturday November 21,2020 in the morning was so rude. I will never come here again. This is the second manager from McDonald’s that I have witnessed that has been so rude. What happened to good customer service? A few weeks ago they gave me spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular ones so when I went back I kindly asked if I can get a replacement but she lied and said there hasn’t been any in a month but was very rude about it and in front of my kids.

I ordered a burger and drink for curbside pick up on 12/15/20 Got there and checked in at 5:10p (per the app) and about 4 min later a car pulls up and in seconds they get handed a bag. 5:19 hits and I call to see whats up. The lady answers and I tell her I've been waiting for 10 min. She puts me on hold and hangs up within a min I call back and ask what is going in and explain my deal. They apologize and say they will throw in a free fry for the wait. 530p hits and they bring me a burger and drink with out the courtesy fry. I told the guy they left it out and to get it together. I didnt bother waiting. These dudes want $15hr pay...ha. jokes.
