Starbucks

Stood in line for 25 minutes to get a drink and ended up having to leave. There was only 2 people in front of me when I got there. They had 2 people working, one making drinks and the other girl was messing around with boxes and washing dishes. There was no sense of urgency or speed. The girl making drinks took her sweet time and had bot a care in the world. I won't be back to this Starbucks again.

Went from 5 starts to 1 star due to a rude worker today. I got charged extra for my drink, even though when I pulled it up on Starbucks app I got charged what I would normally get for a venti for a grande today.. I even showed the worker the price- but apparently I was still wrong… even though it was on the official Starbucks app.. just really confused on why my drink was more this time.

Every time I go there they are so slow to wait on you. Today was the worst. Two girls working. One of them I'm not sure why she was there except to gossip with the other employee. She wasn't helping with anything. Don't know how long two of us in line waited to place our order. The one other person was filling an order while we waited and she kept stopping to talk gossip with the one doing nothing. I heard about someone who got fired and on and on. After I placed my order they started talking again and she stopped making my drink to talk while I was waiting. Very frustrating!

I ordered an iced venti flat white today. I wish I could include the picture I took of my cup. It was filled to the brim with ice! It was only after I left the drive thru and took a drink that I noticed. I. couldn’t believe it and there was no way I was going to sit in line for 25 minutes again. I paid over $5 for maybe 1/2 cup of coffee. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left for Starbucks. The amount of ice was so ridiculous I had to say something.

The very few times I’ve been able to get through the Drive thru line in less 25 min, the drinks and service are per usual for Starbucks. I have tried 4 times in the past 2 weeks, 8am, 9am, 9:30am, and 10:45a. Every single time I’ve gone in that time period the line has been backed up literally to the highway- over 15 cars just sitting there! Since the dining room is closed, why aren’t you staffing the drive thru better? I’m literally only giving it 1 star bc it’s impossible to even get in line without being on a Main Street in traffic bc the service is so slow.
