Been dinning here aprox. 4 months, has always been pleased with everything, until about a week ago ordered a salad w/ ranch dressing, received blue cheese which thankfully was not allergic to and it appeared to have been picked through or dropped. The order was also missing two of the items that come on the entree'. Also being that was a meal ask for sweet tea to drink and was advised that they were out for the night! A group of 10 of us ate tonight. We hadn't seen each other in 2 years and we were loud, laughing and rowdy. The staff laughed with us, and were extremely friendly. Andrea took our large orders and did it with a smile and a great attitude. She visited with us as we were leaving, as well as the rest of the staff. The restaurant was super clean, and decorated great. The food was good, and our group had an extremely pleasant experience!! Kudos to the entire staff!!! Job well done!!

Had to wait almost 20 minutes to give my order and had wait almost another 30 minutes to get my order. This is a fast food restaurant, shouldn't have to wait that long in the drive thru. My order wasn't ready, so i had to pull forward and wait for it. Customer service sucked, no people skills at all.

I give 3 stars because the staff are not always the best to have to deal with. There is a manager that works second shift, that could care less about the customers. My food was wrong, I called them to tell them, for the lady on the phone to tell me that she knows my food was right. I have no reason to lie about it, considering I spend a lot of money at this place weekly. I would have gave 1 star if it weren't for the district manager Andy coming to the rescue and making it all right. He is a great manager for this place. And, you can often see him inside working too.
