Qdoba Mexican Eats

I’m a vegetarian and qdoba has been my favorite to go place since last 5 years from the time I’ve moved to the US. I think it was my last order here today as I’ve had poor experiences three times in a row. Let me cover the last two recent order mess ups - 1. I ordered a veggie bowl from DoorDash 1.5 months ago and requested a taco shell on the side on call. I received my order without any taco shell and 3-4 toppings were missing too. Instead they added pickled onions for which I never asked. The quantity was also less. Overall the taste, quantity and items were not at all as expected. I called them to complain and a nice gentleman at the store promised a free meal on my next order. 2. Today I placed an order again through DoorDash and called the store to give that free meal. It was denied by the store manager saying that they can not compensate me with a free meal but she will make sure that todays order is upto the mark. I ordered two veggie bowls and requested for taco shells on the side and she sent that as I adored for. But to my surprise, the quantity in each bowl was just 40% the size of the container (pics attached). More than half of the bowl was empty and rice and beans were almost negligible. The taste was no doubt good overall but it felt that they’ve intentionally reduced the quantity so much. I could literally dip my first finger in the bowl without being able to touch the food 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was so disappointing that I didn’t even call the store to complain because they were never prompt/willing to handle any issues before, so I’ve decided it’s better not to order from them again 🙄 Bye Bye Qdoba. You’ve lost a genuine customer who actually loved your food.

I came here for my first time and ordered rice chicken and steak and the rice was very hard it tasted like they didn’t cook it all the way the steak tasted burnt I couldn’t taste any of the seasonings they used the chicken was the only thing that was OK to me everything else tasted like it was all just sitting there for months waiting to be used. Just go to chipotle

Best burrito sold by a nationwide franchise. They have so much options to choose from. 2 kinds of rice, 2 bean, 4 meat, multiple queso/salsa, onion, jalapeno, guacamole (without extra charge)...and the burrito is big enough to feed both me and hubby 🙂😋 Chipotle's number of add on options are almost insultingly fewer in comparison to Qdoba! 😐 Anytime we are craving for a good Mexican burrito, Qdoba is the place to be. ☺️

I was cussed and kicked out of the store yesterday simply because I wanted the employee to serve me with fresh pair of gloves. It was the most embarrassing situation I have ever been. I’ve been a faithful member to Qdoba for years but I am highly disappointed in the service. I was told that I’m “trespassing” and police would be involve simply because I stated I did not want the staff’s apron rubbing off on my food.

So I'm have come here a ton of times but in the last 2 months this restaurant has significantly improved in all aspects of their business. The food is fresher and consistent and the employees seem to be happier than in my many previous times. It was so bad that I actually stopped coming to this location but its definitely a turn around. I guess they got new managers or corporate had got involved because they clearly show a solid improvement.

I ordered 2 entrees and chips for takeout. I picked up the order from the Union Qdoba and went home. When I got home, there was only 1 entree in the bag, so I drove back to the store. When I got there, the cashier remembered me and handed me the second entree, a quesadilla. I asked if they can make me a new order since it has been 45 minutes and the entree was cold. The cashier insisted that it still warm, and offered me free soda. I declined the soda. When I got home to enjoy the entree, it was already very cold. The chips were not crunchy and the cheese was dull-looking. Never again! There is reason why I always come to Chipotle.
