Starbucks

Currently this Starbucks is not good. Places an order at 11:45 and pickup time is 1:50pm like really. Then I realized why because out of the 5 employees only 1 is working on all orders. Rest of the employees are just standing there taking to each other for 15+ minutes. They should tell customers wait time before they order but they are not and they are telling all customers to order over the app “boost” and on boost there is no option to cancel your order.

Update- things have truly changed with this Starbucks. Hours are inconsistent and very inconvenient. When we started in-person for the Fall ‘21 semester the hours of operation were the same as the library’s. I show up today and starting today 9/27 they will close at 4pm Monday - Friday and closed on weekend. Save your time and money, go to the Starbucks across the street. Even if your a student. It’s really annoying driving to campus, looking for parking, walking all the way there to find it closed. pre-COVID:The times that I’ve been there: they get the line moving fast, the tables are clean, the staff is always respectful and professional. I’ve never had an issue (Versus the bookstore Starbucks which I’m never going again to).
