Schats Bakeries And Cafes

I love the convenience of having Schat's right inside Friedman Brothers. It's great to be able to pick up their excellent fresh bread, and grab a salad or a sandwich, or even just a cup of coffee. Service is always great, with such nice, friendly people! And they're open at times when their bakery in town, across from the courthouse, is closed--even on Sundays.

I have complimented the shots bakery by the courthouse, and received a thank you for my candor. I would like to say that shot bakery Cafe at Friedman Brothers is just another fine example of quality dining at an affordable price. I went there today for my Valentine's Day lunch, and was greeted by the employee trainer whom I admire for her patience and ability to make professionals out of school kids! My hats off to the owners of shots bakery for hiring professionals to train the new generation. Not to mention to continue to serve a quality product at an affordable price.
