Panera Bread

The ordering tablets are so convenient to use. The staff is so nice, especially Michael (I believe) that runs the process in giving people their food, making sure the lines don't get too long, being welcoming and friendly. Everyone there seems to be in a great mood, which is very refreshing for a busy business environment.

Cozy and delicious! I loved the atmosphere, even being inside a mall! It was super cozy and the staff was super nice. The food was just okay, compared to other Paneras. They had all the same options, but the Mac and cheese tasted a little different (the cheese sauce was thicker than normal) and the baguette seemed different too (it was a much softer bread, more roll like).

Panera food is always excellent. Tried the breakfast Brioche and it was awesome. Tables were relatively clean and love the table side food delivery. My two complaints were this: #1 There is only one restroom (unisex) and it was really gross dirty. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while (yellow and brown globs everywhere), the floor was also questionable and there was even a bit of a smell (like a gas station bathroom smell). It was unpleasant. #2 complaint is that they keep it very cold. Look around manager, if customers are eating lunch with their winter coats still on, its time to turn up the heat! And this location is in an indoor mall!! There is no excuse for this.

I used to work in the Tysons Corner area, and Panera treated me very well during this time. I always went in the morning to get Sesame Seed and Whole Wheat bagels whenever I had an early shift, but I've also had my fair share of lunches here as well. My favorite sandwich is the Bacon Turkey Bravo, though once I came to the realization I should stop eating so much bacon, the Apple Fuji Chicken Salad and Strawberry Poppyseed Salad (during the summer months) became my go to items. The cashiers I had were always great. They remembered my order every time I came, and if I changed it, they would remember the change the next time I came back. They were sometimes wrong in assuming I once again wanted what I ordered last time, but I appreciated the effort. I like that they have small plastic cups specifically for water available near the drink fountain, that way I can walk in to get some water even when I don't plan on eating there. I don't like the freezing cold temperature of the water in their drink fountain however. It makes my teeth hurt every time.
