Poor customer service. Waited in a line of vehicles that did not move for 10 min for a drink.95 degree day and had my dog do I couldn't go in. Any decent establishment would've had me pull to the outside lane and brought the drink out. Finally left without my drink.

Give those poor kids more training before throwing them out there.. They tried to give us the wrong order.. And then watched the person who's order it was go back in because things were missing.. Both orders of the same burger ordered the same way made differently.. I understand it was lunchtime and they were busy but we could hear them inside talking about how they had no idea what was going on.. 😬

Hard to make up the words to describe one of the earliest memories of your childhood when you are 76+ years old. But Dairy Queen has been making me a happy “kid” for years and hasn’t even begun to slow down in that department yet!!!! Thanks DQ.

I was so unpleased!!! I wanted cheese fries. I got chili cheese fries twice and the last time I basically got a box of grease. I was so upset!!!

It was good but I was surprised to find out that they do not put the cheese on the nachos. I would prefer that they put it on them instead old in cups on the side.

Nobody pays attention to order details or upgrades.
They do the bare minimum.
And the blizzard was just straight ice cream….

This is the worst dairy queen i have ever been to!! They are extremely slow. The drivethrough was so long that I decided to go inside and order. I waited for half an hour and asked them about my order. They said they still had 2 orders ahead of me. He also said the drive through was wrapped around the building. So, apparently the drive through takes precedence over the walk in customers. Someone needs to teach them about first come first serve. They obviously cant grasp that concept!!!!

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life… I have been sitting in line for 20 mins for a freaking shake. I will never come back to this one. I’ll drive 20 mins to a diff Dairy Queen for sure. Called While I was in line and all the guy could say was I guess the food is taking longer
