Had a pretty rough experience here yesterday with my boyfriend. I used to work/manage here in 2018/2019 and I loved the owners and the store. Cleanest/best frozen yogurt in town. Yesterday, upon entering the store was pretty busy so the dirtiness didn’t really bother at first due to me understanding the rush of customers. When we got to the yogurts, 2 of the machines were completely out and the 2 girls at the counter were just standing around. We were not greeted and one of the girls in particular had a very rude face and wouldn’t say anything. Okay, no problem I let them know there machines were out and if they could fill them. All good right? No it got worse. Some of the toppings were empty and sauces were empty, so again I let them know and moved on. As I paid for our yogurt, she messed up the order total (after giving her my discount) and was trying to charge me $3 more than what the total was before the discount. I nicely let her know that was incorrect and after her sighing she asked the other girl for help. I understand sometimes the computer is hard to mess with and she may have been new so I was still polite, although the owners here make it very well known (atleast when I was working) that customer service and friendliness were #1. She not only made us very uncomfortable, the whole situation was really disappointing. We continued to go sit and enjoy our yogurt and not even 5 minutes after we encountered another issue. I’m 7 months pregnant, and had tried some of my boyfriends’ yogurt and we immediately found a blackberry that was full of mold. I let them know right away, because this could have made one of us really sick especially me. After she took it to the back, she came back over there very rudely and nonchalantly said “You can get another yogurt for free or we can give you this card.” No apology whatsoever. This made me very upset and I knew I had to reach out because it was unacceptable. The card was a free “first 5oz” of a cup with an 8oz minimum. I do not think the compensation was near what it should have been, but what really upset me was her lack of sincerity and customer service skills. It made me never want to come back. Knowing the owners, I love this place and would love to keep coming but this whole encounter was very disheartening at the least.

The froyo was good and there’s a decent selection of toppings. It was discouraging that the store wasn’t clean. It wasn’t busy while we were in there and there were a couple of employees. The area were the dispensers are was messy and in need of a good cleaning. It also didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned recently. There was even an older spill in the middle of the floor that had been there long enough that it was no longer sticky.

I’m not going to say don’t go here, but the service I received today was poor. I want to place a order and have someone pick it up for me but I realized you are unable to do that online. So, I called to see if I could place my order by phone. I was told No, the manager said because there have been times when people don’t come and pick up the order. Well I don’t believe that, that has happened more times than the customer has actually came to pick it up. My question to the manager is, imagine if every single restaurant that you have tried to call and place a pick up or to told you no. No, because you might not come pick it up and that’s money down our drain. I always go in and place the order myself but I was unable to today due to health reasons. This is sad, unacceptable. Do better.

This place is good! Love the variety of frozen yogurt available. Love that their is vegan, no sugar added, and dairy free options!! Great variety of toppings to chose from as well. And customer service here is great too. Seating available both inside and out is nice.

I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and we are very happy with the cake as well as the shopping experience at Menchie's. Haley, the cake decorator, was a joy to work with. She is very kind and helpful. Everybody loved the cake. Thank you Haley!

I don't think I have ever eaten at an establishment where at 5 minutes before close they start warning you and stacking up chairs. If you it's rather off putting. I used to manage restaurants acme I would never ask people to leave before they were ready to leave.

Love the staff working but they seemed very stressed with only two people being there. They were also out of a lot of toppings and were trying to restock as fast as the could while I ate my yogurt but too many other customers were in the store for anyone to focus on that. Again, great store, but more staff seems to be needed or these stressed ladies will leave for better jobs.

Let me just say it’s hard enough keeping a frozen yogurt business clean, while assisting customers. The first I noticed was how CLEANED the place looked! The customer service was great. My family loved the yogurt so that was a plus. Overall great establishment to end your night.
